What it is

Owners manage members entirely through WhatsApp commands, and their members get reminded before a membership runs out. The same backend runs personal reminders in Hindi, Hinglish or English — even by voice note: GPT-4o-mini reads the intent, Whisper turns voice into text.

How it works

The chat is the product: gym, clinic and coaching-centre owners run their members from WhatsApp, and the renewal reminders go out on their own at 7 days, 3 days, 1 day and on expiry.

  • Owner commands: ADD, MY MEMBERS, REMOVE, RENEW, BIZ STATUS, BROADCAST, with analytics for the owner
  • Renewal reminders at 7d / 3d / 1d / expiry with DONE and SNOOZE buttons: 1,500+ sent at a 98% delivery rate
  • Plans at ₹999 / ₹1,999 / ₹2,999 a month via Razorpay, a referral system and 5 approved Meta utility templates
  • Privacy Policy, B2B Terms and a DPA live — accepted on payment, or signed as a PDF with the DPA SIGN command

How it was built

  • Solo, from December 2025 to launch in March 2026, on a ₹4,000 budget
  • AI-assisted coding, with the product design, architecture, testing and deployment his own
  • $1,000 in AWS startup credits, Y Combinator Startup School

Where it stands

  • Paused since August 2026: a deliberate pause through placement season, announced publicly
  • The database is backed up and the code is safe; the website and domain stay live
  • The restart plan is ready: bring the servers back and take it to gym owners, with the outreach script and demo already built
